August classes – final timetable

We have had an overwhelming response to our August re-opening of classes. Thank you to everyone, it really has given us hope that we can return to start to share and create in the studios again, albeit with a new way of working.

The deadline for booking classes has now passed and due to having to cap the class sizes nearly all lessons are full. Therefore, unfortunately we are unable to accept any more bookings.

If you have missed the deadline, there is the option to check availability at the beginning of each of the four weeks in August in case we have cancellations. Please email Julie in the normal way to check. Please do not message staff directly as we will not be able to respond due to teaching responsibilities.

As you can imagine it has been a mammoth task to book everyone in so please check the bookings below and let us know if anything is incorrect regarding your booking. So that we are not over loaded with emails, please only get in touch if there is a discrepancy with your booking.

There have been a few alterations to the timetable (updated version here), so please check again & all the bookings, to make sure you have arrival and collection times fully documented.

A full list of classes and students booked into each class / weeks booked is at the bottom of this post.

We have been asked about payment for the classes over August. Please note that we will invoice everyone by email for the classes they have booked into as set out in our last email.

  • Lessons of 45 mins £5pp
  • Lessons of 1 hour £6pp
  • Limbering lessons are paid weekly £5pp in a named envelope.

We will be sending information out shortly regarding the procedure for attending our August classes i.e what to do when arriving at the studio etc. This will need to be read through thoroughly with your child/children in order for us all to work together to maintain the guidelines for being safe whilst on the premises.

If there are students who fall into the vulnerable children/family category or have presented with an injury during their time away from the studio over lockdown which we are not already aware of, please make this information known to us so we are fully aware and prepared.

We are all looking forward to seeing our students back (even taller no doubt) next week.

Thanks and stay safe and well.
