New Summer Timetable and other news
The new Summer Timetable is now published. You can view the Saturday timetable starting this Saturday, 22nd April by clicking here. The weekday timetable starting Monday 24 April can be viewed here.
I have tried to keep the timetable similar to the Autumn term one. There have been some small adjustments as we had exams before show term and students moved up to higher grades in certain subjects, which then sometimes caused clashes and had to be adjusted to accommodate everyone.
Some students were moved to different classes for show numbers, and for those that this involved, they will remain in the grade they were put in for the show.
Term Dates
Other dates to note:
- 1st May, bank holiday no classes
- Half term: After classes Friday 26th May – both Saturdays no classes
- Resume Monday 5th June til Saturday 15th July
Private Vocals
Unless I have it in writing I shall assume all students wish to continue with their private vocals as before. It is very important that you let me know immediately if you wish to discontinue. There is a long waiting list and available slots are few and far between.
All time slots remain as before the show and cannot be swapped due to the tightness of the schedule and potential clashes of other classes.
Private vocal slots, when they become available, are then filled by invitation from the staff from those in group classes being consistently attended.
Because of the demand, in order to secure and continue the private vocal lessons, students must be attending group classes regularly. The coaching given in both classes are essential for all round progress in developing great technique, exam requirements and performance ability.

Exams this term
We shall be holding one day of Modern and Tap exams in July, but no ballet exams due to the timing of the session being unsuitable with having a whole term out for the show. The focus for Ballet this term will consist of securing the technique, Classical Choreography, repertoire and partner work.
Ballet exams and Musical Theatre exams will take priority early into next term.
Private lessons – summer break
There will be private coaching for students during the long summer break. If you wish to take part in the programme for private lessons, please email or speak to me directly.
